Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns from our wholesale and trade partners for made to order, custom products and monograms except in the case of manufacturer’s error.

All other returns, if accepted, are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

For exchanged merchandise without the original packaging, a 30% restocking fee will apply.

*For all accepted returns and exchanges, the wholesale or trade partner will be responsible for the return freight.

Please note that prior to any return being accepted a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and form must be obtained from Customer Service (orders@peacockalley.com). All packages must be clearly marked on the outside of the box with the RMA number. Returns sent to Peacock Alley without an RMA number and form will be refused and returned to sender. All claims must be made within 30 days after the receipt of goods.
