60 DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 9, 2018

Peacock Alley stands behind its products and quality controls.  If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of a Peacock Alley product you purchased from PeacockAlley.com, or from one of our authorized retailers, and other conditions are satisfied (detailed below), you may return the product to us within 60 days of the date of purchase for a refund or replacement product through our 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee (“60-Day Guarantee”).  Please note that because Peacock Alley is unable to control the quality of products sold by unauthorized sellers, the 60-Day Guarantee is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers.

The following procedures and requirements apply to the 60-Day Guarantee:

The following limitations apply to the 60-Day Guarantee:

  • All returned products must include an original receipt or other proof of purchase.

  • Products that are being returned to us must leave your possession within 60 days of the date of purchase.  The Peacock Alley 60-Day Guarantee is effective beginning on the date of your purchase.

  • Returned products must be in or with original packaging.

  • Products are not eligible for the 60-Day Guarantee if they have been used, laundered, monogrammed, or have been damaged due to improper or unreasonable use.

  • Custom-order products, including products with cut fabric yardage, are not eligible for the Guarantee.


All products returned pursuant to the 60-Day Guarantee are subject to return approval. Peacock Alley reserves the right to inspect and return products to the customer if they are not acceptable.  Unaccepted returns will be shipped back with a letter stating our reason for denying the request.

For your protection, we recommend using UPS or FedEx Ground for products returned to Peacock Alley. Please keep the tracking number from your return shipment to ensure that the package is delivered to our warehouse.

100-NIGHT SLEEP WELL SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

We also provide an extended, 100-Night Satisfaction Guarantee for Sleep Well collection found here.  For up to 100 nights, if you are not completely satisfied with the quality of our down and down alternative products that you purchased from PeacockAlley.com, one of our stores, or from one of our authorized sellers, you may return your product for a refund or a replacement product.  Please note that because Peacock Alley is unable to control the quality of products sold by unauthorized sellers, the Guarantee is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers.

The following procedures and requirements apply to the 100-Night Guarantee:

  • All products that were purchased from PeacockAlley.com must be returned to Peacock Alley at the following address:

  • Products purchased from one of our authorized retailers must be returned to the authorized seller for a refund or replacement of your purchase.

  • All returns, whether sent to Peacock Alley or to one of our authorized retailers, must have the original receipt as proof-of-purchase in the original packaging.

  • All returned products must leave your possession within 100 days of the date of purchase. The Peacock Alley 100-Night Guarantee is effective beginning on the date of your purchase.

  • Use of a protector on your pillow or duvet is required and must be evident in use of the product.

  • Returned products must have been used as intended and cannot show signs of physical damage or abuse such as stains, tears, or cuts.

  • Down and down alternative products cannot be customized or monogrammed.

Helpful Return Information:

  • Refunds are limited to the original purchaser; no receipt is transferable.
  • For purchases made through Peacock Alley stores or website, refunds will be made within 60 days of receipt and after review of your returned product; refunds will be credited to you in the original form of payment. 
  • Refunds will exclude the shipping portion of your original purchase unless your return is due to a manufacturing or shipping error on our part. 
  • Should you request and receive a replacement down or down alternative product, your replacement product will be covered by this same 100-day warranty from the new date of purchase
  • All products returned pursuant to the 100-Night Guarantee are subject to approval.
